A prominent NHS Trust in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle building maintenance tasks. This role includes emergency response, planned maintenance, and the use of technical tools and equipment. Applicants should have experience in general maintenance and understanding of technical drawings. Join a dedicated team and contribute to providing exceptional care within a vital healthcare environment.
The post holder will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance of the buildings structure fabric, finishes and fittings including fire door maintenance within the Trust's building maintenance service. Providing support to other crafts personnel and contractors with reference to plant, equipment, site facilities, building fabric and grounds infrastructure.
