Overview

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services company based in Berkshire on a temp - perm basis

Offering up to £38,000 + company van and fuel card & benefits

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive day to day repairs to occupied Housing Association properties


• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, plastering, tiling etc within a social housing setting


• Working efficiently and safely in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided


• Previous Carpentry repairs experience


• Strong Health and Safety knowledge


• Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
