  • 25 days holiday plus opportunity to buy additional 5 days leave
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 12% (inclusive of life assurance and dependent on employee contributions)

Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry

  • Experience working for a social landlord, housing association, council, or similar, delivering multi‑trade repairs and maintenance
  • Associated trade skills of basic plumbing, plaster patching, decorating and wall tiling are desirable
  • Experience delivering multi‑trade work
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience keeping jobs on track
  • The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Good IT skills – experienced using a PDA, Microsoft and Outlook email
  • Full current valid driving licence (essential for a mobile role)
  • DBS check (required for work within customer homes)
