We’re seeking a dynamic Multi-Site Retail Store Manager to lead up to three of our London boutiques, including our flagship at Westfield White City — the heart of our Maison. This is an opportunity to shape the future of our retail presence: driving growth, crafting exceptional client journeys, and inspiring teams to deliver excellence every day.
You’ll blend commercial strategy with creative leadership — translating insight into action, data into results, and spaces into destinations. With a keen eye for opportunity and a passion for meaningful retail, you’ll know exactly which levers to pull to unlock performance across sales, service, and experience.
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Education, and cross-functional partners, you’ll bring our brand vision to life in every touchpoint — transforming boutiques into immersive spaces where authenticity, expertise and storytelling meet measurable impact.

What Will You Do?
Commercial Leadership
- Own and deliver sales and KPI targets across all assigned boutiques.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, implement action plans, and drive sustained growth.
- Leverage insights into traffic, conversion, and average spend to optimise results and client engagement.
- Partner with Marketing and Retail Operations to deliver localized activations that drive awareness and acquisition.
- Manage budgets and resources with commercial discipline to maximise efficiency and impact.
- Provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights and growth strategies.
Client Experience & Brand Expression
- Champion our brand culture and behaviours rooted in authentic connection, sensory storytelling, and exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure each boutique delivers a seamless, elevated experience that reflects the brand’s authenticity and aesthetic.
- Oversee the execution of bespoke events, client activations, and in-boutique experiences that deepen brand engagement.
- Embed a culture of clienteling and CRM excellence to nurture loyalty and lifetime value.
- Maintain a consistent brand environment — welcoming, and reflective of the brand’s identity.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, inspire, and develop key talent and teams across multiple locations.
- Recruit exceptional talent who embody the brand’s values and service ethos.
- Coach teams through regular feedback, goal-setting, and hands-on mentoring on the shop floor.
- Partner with Education to deliver tailored training on product craft, service rituals, and storytelling.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and accountability across all boutiques.
Education & Events
- Collaborate with the Education and Marketing teams to lead product launches, customer and influencer events, and experiential activations.
- Deliver compelling in-store workshops and coaching to elevate product expertise.
- Execute local event strategies that align with brand campaigns and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Gather insights and event feedback to inform future strategies and continuous improvement.
Operations & Visual Standards
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and consistency across all boutiques.
- Maintain accurate inventory control, stock integrity, and replenishment processes.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards that reflect brand storytelling and seasonality.
- Ensure operational excellence across cash management, scheduling, reporting, and store upkeep.
- Partner with Retail Operations to manage POS materials and collateral in line with sustainability goals.

Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of multi-site or senior boutique management experience within premium or modern luxury retail (beauty, lifestyle, or design-led brands preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
- Commercially astute with deep understanding of KPIs and retail performance levers.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Passion for design, sensorial experiences, and purpose-driven retail.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel between locations as needed.
