A leading healthcare institution in London seeks an experienced Radiographer to manage MRI services at St Mary's Hospital. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team and ensure high-quality patient care. Applicants should possess a BSc in Radiography and management experience. This permanent full-time position offers a salary of £64,156 to £71,148 annually and promotes continuous professional development.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self‑motivated, forward‑thinking, enthusiastic and dedicated Radiographer to lead and manage the MRI services at St Mary's Hospital. This is a key leadership role which will involve working in partnership with the MRI Modality Leads within Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust to provide an optimal MRI service.
The successful candidate will be a role model for demonstrating our Trust's values through their leadership behaviours, working collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams and be committed to providing high quality patient care.
This post will give the post holder an opportunity to build and extend their clinical expertise and also develop their management and leadership skills. Education and training are key elements of the department and the applicant should have extensive MRI experience, people management and communication skills. Flexibility and an ability to manage change will be fundamental to your role.
