  • Analyzing, designing and continuously optimizing MP&L and inventory control processes to support automotive production requirements, aligning DP World operational standards with customer KPIs, production plans and volume fluctuations.
  • Monitoring, controlling and responding to changes in customer production plans, ensuring material availability, inventory integrity and uninterrupted supply to production and outbound logistics flows.
  • Supporting the implementation and stabilization of cross-functional operational processes during site start-up, translating automotive business and logistics requirements into effective system, WMS and ERP enhancements.
  • Acting as the primary MP&L interface for the customer and internal stakeholders, representing DP World in operational calls, business reviews, workshops and escalation forums to align planning processes, performance targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Taking ownership and ensuring the effective use of WMS, SAP and AOS systems to support just-in-time / just-in-sequence (JIT/JIS) processes, inventory traceability and delivery performance in line with automotive industry standards.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of MP&L related issues, taking ownership of complex materials planning, logistics and inventory challenges in accordance with organizational structures, defined responsibilities and work standards.
  • Coordinating and prioritizing daily MP&L activities to support production continuity, inbound and outbound logistics flows, and site performance during ramp-up and steady-state operations.
  • Participating in site, regional and company-wide projects, contributing with MP&L expertise to initiatives related to process optimization, system implementation, automation or customer growth.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, materials planning, inventory control or supply chain roles, ideally within automotive, manufacturing or contract logistics environments.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics and MP&L processes, including inventory management, order control and production support in a structured, KPI-driven operation.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control systems and ERP/WMS solutions; familiarity with SAP, WMS and AOS systems is highly valued.
  • Ability to analyze, structure and interpret complex operational data to support informed decision-making, inventory accuracy and service performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data flows related to order control, production planning and material availability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of operational procedures, documentation standards and compliance requirements relevant to automotive and logistics operations.
  • Fluency in English and Czech, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers, colleagues and international stakeholders.
  • Strong user-level proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting, analysis and operational tracking.
  • High learning agility, with the ability to quickly adopt new systems, processes and ways of working in a greenfield and continuously evolving environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to take ownership, suggest improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with attention to detail and precision, ensuring reliable planning, inventory accuracy and process compliance.
  • Clear and collaborative communication style, comfortable working across functions and building effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Innovative and open-minded approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to challenge existing processes and introduce better ways of working.
