A leading education institution in the UK is seeking a part-time Motor Vehicle Course Leader to join its successful team. The role involves planning, delivering, and assessing learners on motor vehicle programs at various levels. Candidates should have a strong knowledge and experience of motor vehicle systems, with teaching experience being a plus. The position offers flexible working hours and a range of generous benefits, ensuring a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Part time (flexible options available) up to 22.5 hours per week – £30,624 – £36,590 per annum (full time salary, pro‑rated for part time). Location: Burton upon Trent, Town Centre Campus.
Burton and South Derbyshire College are looking for a Motor Vehicle Course Leader to join our successful Motor Vehicle Team. You will plan, deliver and assess learners on full‑time study programmes. Delivery can be tailored to match the successful applicant’s skill‑set, as the department currently offers programmes in Level 1, 2 & 3. You will provide an engaging learning environment, developing personal and professional skills, and helping create the workforce of the future. You will support the teaching team, liaising closely with the Curriculum Team Leader, Course Leaders and Technician.
Flexible working hours to be discussed at interview, with an agreement made on employment. There is potential to increase contract hours before September 2026 due to continued growth in the area.
