Job Introduction
We have a unique opportunity for a Motability Car Sales Specialist to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Coventry. As a Motability Specialist, customer care will always come first. You’ll take the time to talk to customers, build rapport, and identify their exact requirements. It’s about matching the customer to the right car with suitable features and add-ons.
The working hours are from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week, and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis.
Benefits include a company car and an OTE of £46,000.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle all Motability car enquiry leads, converting appointments into sales, and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Advise customers on suitable vehicles, accessories, and add-ons.
  • Drive the sales process from greeting, test drives, product presentation, to vehicle delivery and handover.
  • Make outbound calls to Motability customers due for renewal.

About you

  • Experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager may be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills with customers.
  • Potential to develop a successful career in automotive sales.
  • Valid UK driver’s license.
  • Motor trade or dealership experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
