Job description

MOT Tester required for our client’s busy MOT Service Centre, located in Hatfield.

The salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic.

MOT Testers play a huge role in our client’s company, and they play a huge role in keeping our roads safe!

Benefits:

• Up to £40,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
• Independent run garage & MOT service centre environment
• Client happy to consider either full‑time MOT Tester only OR MOT Tester / Technician

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Hold a valid MOT license
• Have previous working experience within the role
• A full UK driving license
• The ability to communicate with customers effectively
• A sound mechanical knowledge
• Carrying out MOT failure rectification work as and when required
• Ensuring VOSA standards are always met
