Job description

A Mosaic Business Systems Analyst is required for our client based in Greater Manchester for an initial 6-month contract (likelihood to extend to at least 12 months). This role will be mainly remote based, but you will be required to attend site as and when required.

Experience with Mosaic systems is essential.

The Business Analyst will work as part of a software and applications team to deliver service excellence; by following all best practice technical, business analysis and project management methodologies and service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

Implement Mosaic system solutions for the Families First Partnership Programme in Children’s Social Care. These solutions will be designed to meet both the operational needs and strategic objectives of the service area, working within ICT’s architectural constraints.

Work actively with children’s services and partners to deliver requirements analysis, business process mapping, workflow and form design, system change and implementation. Key Tasks
  1. Undertake business process mapping and redesign of end-to-end processes to support an integrated system
  2. Gather and analyse business requirements for Mosaic system development, using appropriate best practice methods, and design technical solutions to resolve problems and improve service delivery.
  3. Develop solutions in the Mosaic Social Care system through:
    1. Configuration of workflow steps, including group-based recording
    2. Development of form templates
    3. Review and alignment of worker role permissions
    4. Support Senior Data Analyst reporting requirements for new Workflows
  4. Present findings and solutions to varying levels of leadership, management and other stakeholder groups.
