Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Mortgage Services Consultant/Management role.
• Proven track record in motivating and influencing salespeople.
• Understanding of legislation impacting Financial Services, especially mortgages.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Mortgage Consultants' knowledge and skills.
• Deliver training in both remote and face-to-face settings.
• Ensure training content meets regulatory standards.
• Travel across Home Counties and parts of London as needed.
