A great opportunity for a CeMAP‑qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor who is looking for an employed role in a hot‑lead rich sales environment! Our client, a busy local estate agency, provides mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.

This role offers the chance to join a long‑standing busy Estate Agency Group operating across Surrey & South West London supporting clients with mortgage advice on first‑time purchases, onward purchases, buy‑to‑let and remortgage cases.

You will work closely with clients to understand their financial circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
• Assessing clients' financial situations to deliver appropriate recommendations
• Managing a pipeline of leads generated through the estate agency
• Identifying and maximising cross‑selling opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Delivering high standards of client service and communication

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience)

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Current or recent experience as a Mortgage Adviser
• Strong technical knowledge of the mortgage industry
