Overview

As one of our Mortgage Advisors, you will provide tailored advice to both our new and existing mortgage customers, offering an exceptional level of service each and every time. You will be advising prospective customers looking to purchase their first home through to existing mortgage customers seeking to secure a new rate. We will support you with the training and coaching you need to succeed, ensuring you understand how we can add value for our customers and feel confident in identifying their needs and finding an appropriate solution to meet these.

Please note your training period will require full-time attendance in the office. This role does offer hybrid working once fully competent, however you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
