We’re hiring an experienced Mortgage Broker (CAS) to work across multiple New Build developments in the Southampton and Hampshire region. With a strong lead flow, full administrative support, and the flexibility to work from home, this is a genuine opportunity to earn well and specialise in the new build sector..

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CAS mortgage adviser
Proven ability to hit targets and back up sales stats
New Build experience is a strong advantage
Able to service multiple high-volume sites
Confident using CRM systems and tech tools
Strong compliance, client service, and communication skills
Excellent relationship builder and self-starter
