• Work as part of a structured two-week rota, including every other weekend

ND Care & Support is seeking caring, dependable, and dedicated individuals in the Maesteg area for morning shifts (7 AM - 11 AM). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while maintaining flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist with medication and health needs
• Support with breakfast and meal preparation
• Drive between clients (UK or international licence + own car required)
• Work as part of a structured two-week rota, including every other weekend

Pay & Benefits

• £14.12 per hour weekdays | £14.68 per hour weekends (includes rolled-up holiday pay)
• Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Mileage & travel pay - 25p per mile + paid waiting time (up to 29 mins at NMW)
• Enhanced DBS & Social Care Wales registration fee paid
