Job summary

The role includes controlling the Contract Programme, managing project teams, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience with DIO/MOD projects and a proven track record in managing costs and schedules. This position requires a strong ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and lead large teams effectively. A minimum level of security clearance is necessary for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering DIO/MOD projects on time and budget.
• Ability to manage projects valued between £25m and £200m.
• Experience with NEC, MPTC, and JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own and control the Contract Programme and delivery strategy.
• Manage the development of staff performance and improvement plans.
• Lead risk management philosophy across all project levels.
