Responsibilities

• Engage customers on driveways, offering advice, diagnosing, repairing, and representing RAC pride.
• Adapt to varied daily tasks, servicing, diagnostics, repairs and checks while managing stock, reporting and customer conversations.
• Think on your feet, making the right call for each customer in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
