Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings up to £50,000
• Guaranteed overtime option to increase the base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities
• 40 hours per week, with core hours 8:30 am–5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays
• Opportunities available in the East England area: Leicester, Stevenage, Watford, Nottingham
• Full RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit provided
• Market‑competitive base salary of £38,625, with the opportunity to increase earnings up to £50,000 through bonuses and premium‑rate overtime. 40‑hour week, Monday‑Saturday availability (8 am–8 pm)
• Opt‑in guaranteed overtime: after the first month, choose to work extra rest days at £30 per hour. Extra days can increase earnings by up to £5,000 per year depending on choice
