Job description
Overview

Mobile Vehicle Technician covering Cheltenham and surrounding area for a leading vehicle breakdown company.

Salary & Hours

Basic £35,000, with overtime up to £53,000. 40‑hour rota Monday to Sunday, start 6am, finish 12am, with a mandatory 12‑hour rest between shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns and diagnose vehicle issues.
  • Perform repairs to get vehicles back on the road, or send them to the workshop if necessary.
  • Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.
  • Conduct vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and diagnostics.
  • Serve as the face of the business, delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification acceptable but not essential.
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification required.
  • Full UK driving licence.
