About The Role

OCS are currently hiring for a new Mobile Security Supervisor to join our team.

SHIFT PATTERN - 4 ON 4 OFF DAYS OR NIGHTS BOTH REQUIRED

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are carried out effectively across different sites
  • Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Maintain a visible security presence and respond to security-related incidents.
  • Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
  • Train and mentor security staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle shift scheduling, reports, and key control procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid SIA licence.
  • Proven experience in security, with a supervisory or leadership background.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent report writing and computer literacy.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858).
