Job description

Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company who looking for mobile commercial plumbers to join their team and cover sites across London on a Monday to Friday basis carry out a wide variety of plumbing duties both maintenance and installation. The sites are a mixture of commercial offices and also high end residential environments.

Duties

• Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on Plumbing and drainage
• Installing all types of Industrial and commercial Plumbing
• Regular flushing across the building
• Understanding of permits to work
• A good understanding of L8 and water systems

Knowledge skills & experience

• Time Served C&G Indentured Apprenticeship / NVQ level 3 Plumbing
• Commercial background
• Unvented certification - Desirable
