Mobile Plant Fitter
Kent
£42,000 basic salary

Overview
We are seeking a professional and experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team, covering the south east region including Kent, London, and surrounding counties, down towards Brighton. The role involves working on a range of plant machinery such as excavators, dumpers, loaders, telehandlers, rollers, and more. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £17-£19, a company vehicle with fuel card, pension, private healthcare, and overtime paid at time and a half for a 42.5-hour week.

Responsibilities
- Conducting maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of plant machinery
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs in a timely manner
- Completing relevant paperwork and documentation accurately
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications
- Proven experience in working with plant machinery
- Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Valid driving license

Day-to-day
- Travelling to different sites to carry out maintenance and repairs
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients
- Managing workload efficiently and prioritizing tasks as needed
