A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their service and maintenance team, covering commercial buildings across London and the M25 corridor. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a variety of commercial sites
  • Service and repair HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, and pipework systems
  • Maintain hot and cold-water systems and support compliance activities
  • Diagnose faults quickly and complete necessary repairs or replacements
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Complete job reports and compliance documentation accurately
