Overview

Full Time, Permanent - Mobile Fabric Engineer

Salary Range: £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

MUST BE BASED IN SOUTH LONDON

Experience

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer with at least 3-5 years' proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment and have previous experience within the retail sector (preferred but not essential). You must be flexible, hands-on, and a strong team player with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Location

This is a mobile role covering South-East and South-West London. The successful candidate's base store will be the one closest to their home, however, regular travel to different stores will be required to complete maintenance works.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across multiple retail sites
• General building repairs including carpentry, basic plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling and general handyman tasks
• Ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Liaising with store teams and management to ensure minimal disruption to operations
• Completing all required documentation and reporting in line with company procedures
