Overview

Our client is a National Property and FM Provider. It is currently enjoying a growth period and looking to hire an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer in Basingstoke.

Responsibilities

• Cover numerous client sites which range from small hospitals, commercial office space, to research centres.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance at these sites.
• 80% of work will be PMs with 20% reactive works including some minor installs.
• Fault-find, be pro-active, multi-skilled and contribute to site maintenance as part of a Mobile Maintenance Engineer team.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3
• 18th Edition
• AM2
• Mechanical background is acceptable
• Candidates must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
