A leading facilities management contractor in the UK is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer for a permanent full-time role. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems, traveling to dedicated sites. Candidates must be HVAC qualified with experience in maintenance works. The position offers an attractive package, including a salary of £47,390, vehicle, travel paid door to door, 25 days of annual leave, and a bonus of up to 4%.

Qualifications

• Must be HVAC qualified - Level 2 and F Gas.
• Experience carrying out ppm and reactive maintenance works required.
• Good general knowledge of mechanical/HVAC maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works on air conditioning units.
• Serve as the first point of call for maintenance issues at dedicated sites.
• Responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work.

HVAC qualification - Level 2

Experience in ppm and reactive maintenance
