Job summary

A facilities management provider is seeking General Maintenance Technicians to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across retail sites in West London. Key responsibilities include delivering planned preventative maintenance, conducting general repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence, have strong knowledge of health and safety requirements, and be able to carry out various fabric and groundworks repairs to a high standard. Salary is £32,421.43 per annum with additional benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned maintenance works within agreed SLAs.
• Carry out general building fabric repairs and minor groundworks.
• Build strong working relationships with site teams.

Skills

Full UK driving licence

GCSEs (or equivalent)

iPad / PC literate

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance

Ability to carry out varied fabric and groundworks repairs

Education

NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade
