Job summary

A leading workplace management firm in the City of London is seeking a Mobile Fire Door Approved Person to perform maintenance and installations across commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have a trade background, proficiency with IT systems, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of building fabric services and Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs and PPM across various client contracts.
• Ensure compliance with both client and JLL Health & Safety procedures.
• Work remotely using laptop to fulfill AP responsibilities.
• Complete on-site Method Statements and Risk Assessments.

Skills

Proficiency with smartphones, PDAs, laptops, and IT systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated with supervisory capabilities

Flexible approach to working hours

Education

Level 3 City & Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery

Trade background with recognized qualification or completed apprenticeship
