Job Description Mobile Facilities/ Maintenance Operative We have an opportunity available for a Mobile Facilities/Maintenance Operative to join our Property Services team, to support our services across the Greater Manchester area. Salary: £23,823 per annum. Weekly Hours: 35.

Responsibilities

In this role you will support our services and sites across the Greater Manchester area, carrying out caretaking and maintenance responsibilities. This role includes working in people's homes; therefore focused customer care and confidentiality must be maintained at all times. You will carry out a range of tasks including decorating, general maintenance and repairs and ensuring quality checks are completed. The role involves travel; a vehicle and uniform will be provided. An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the nature of our services. Please note that our company insurance requires all applicants to have held a full UK Driving Licence for at least 1 year and to be 21 years of age or over.

Qualifications

Previous maintenance experience is essential and you must have had a full UK driving licence for at least a year. It is important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
