The ideal candidate will have a recognised industry qualification and experience in managing Electrical and Mechanical Systems. Brief

Mobile Electrical Supervisor needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Stoke who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Mobile Electrical Supervisor that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate must have a recognised industry qualification as well as previous experience within a similar role. If you have your IOSH qualification then that will be a bonus!

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Mobile Electrical Supervisor will include:

• Competent in managing water services within MSF's including L8 sampling and recording thereafter
• Maintenance and repair of Mechanical & Electrical Systems
• Management of Electrical Installation work and the completion appropriate Certification
• Fault finding and diagnostic skills a must
• Basic knowledge in building fabric repairs
• Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance
• Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times
• Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To always include the wearing of uniform and PPE
• Attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours (call outs). Take part in the regional on-call rota - 1 in 6.

What experience you need to be the successful Mobile Electrical Supervisor:

• A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential
• Ideally IOSH qualified
• MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
• First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
• Must have a full clean drivers licence
