A not-for-profit property maintenance organization seeks a Mobile Caretaker based in London. This role involves carrying out estate maintenance duties, including caretaking, cleaning, and repairs. £28,734 - £30,246 per year
40 hours per week- Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
We have an opportunity for a Mobile Caretaker to join our team based at Kingsmead Office, London. This role sits within our Property Services function. Property Services is responsible for delivering high quality and cost-effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK to mainly internal clients and additionally a small number of external clients. It is also responsible for operational Health and Safety of the service, including fire safety and delivering effective group wide asset management and reinvestment programmes. As part of this role, some heavy lifting will be required.
