• Carry out statutory and routine PPMs and reactive maintenance across various sites.
• Provide expert advice and technical support to clients and colleagues.
• Deliver excellent service with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.

Skills

3+ years in a similar multi-site, multi-discipline role

Strong IT skills and familiarity with CAFM systems

Experience in customer-facing outsourcing environments

Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively

Education

NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade

City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1)

Full UK Driving Licence
