Salary up to £50,000 + Van, Fuel Card & Excellent Benefits

We're looking for a proactive and skilled individual to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across a variety of commercial and corporate buildings. • Carrying out minor installations and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarms - basic fault finding).

  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently to minimise downtime.

  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.

  • Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional and effective manner.

  • Completing all necessary paperwork and reports accurately.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within an FM environment.

  • Strong AC qualifications (e.g., F-Gas Category 1) and extensive practical experience with various AC systems.

  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations) are highly desirable.

  • A solid understanding of mechanical systems and general building services.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • A full UK driving licence is essential.

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £50,000

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

  • Company van and fuel card provided for business use.

  • Opportunities for professional development and training.

  • A supportive and friendly working environment.

  • Company pension scheme.
