Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Deliver a great experience with our new and used customers and manage enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk‑ins
  • Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover
  • Develop and maintain your knowledge of the MINI products and models through brand and group training
  • Maintain the high standards of MINI and Dick Lovett group
  • At least two years of experience of being an automotive Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales
  • Driven to represent an iconic brand and excited by the opportunity to join a top‑performing team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Full UK Driving Licence
