Overview

Data Administrator – Kingston upon Thames | Part-Time, Temporary (6 months) | Start date: As soon as possible | Salary: £22,217 – £27,134 (actual) | Hours: 25 per week, Mon–Fri, 9am–2pm (flexible)

The Role

Our client is seeking a detail-focused Data Administrator to support the smooth running of its academic systems. This is a hands-on role maintaining the school’s MIS (iSAMS) and related platforms, ensuring data accuracy and supporting staff and parents with queries.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain learner records and academic reports
  • Support exam and registration data entry
  • Manage weekly communications and trip messaging
  • Oversee platforms including iSAMS, Satchel One, My School Portal, and Classoos
  • Provide first-line support and assist with system transitions
