Responsibilities

• MIG welding large structural pieces.
• Interpret engineering drawings for parts to be welded.
• Carry out dimensional checks.
• Fillet welds 6mm to 30mm.
• BUT welds 6mm - 100mm.
• Ensure tolerances and parameters are met to satisfy quality and output.

Overview

MIG Welders – £17.20ph days or £21.50ph on nights. Doncaster. 12 Week Temporary - Permanent Opportunity. Either permanent days or permanent nights positions available. Austin Banks are working with an engineering business with strong links throughout their industry, providing a range of comprehensive engineering solutions. Due to extensive growth, they are looking for MIG welders with medium to heavy bespoke fabrication experience to hit the ground running.
