Job Description: Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are seeking a Production Welder (MIG) to join our client’s manufacturing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This role focuses exclusively on MIG welding for production work, no TIG or fabrication skills are required.

The position offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on production parts according to specifications.

Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards.

Inspect and check welds for quality throughout production.

Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe and tidy workspace.

Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour Hours of work: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:15 PM
