Job description

We’re looking for a Midweight or SeniorDesigner to join a tech and media business that combines creativity, data and AI to deliver bold, performance-driven campaigns. You’ll be part of a small, ambitious in-house studio where big ideas meet smart thinking. From high-impact client campaigns to shaping the team’s evolving brand identity, this is a role for a designer who loves variety and thrives in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in creating standout work across digital formats – from display and social to digital out-of-home, CTV and audio. Reporting to a supportive Creative Lead, you’ll take projects from concept through to production, bringing bold visual ideas to life with a focus on performance.

There’s a healthy mix of client campaign work and internal brand-building here. You’ll design and build campaign assets, experiment with AI-powered creative tools, and help shape the company’s visual identity and tone of voice. It’s a role for someone curious about new formats and technologies, confident juggling varied briefs, and happy to challenge the status quo.

This is a business that values curiosity and creativity. You’ll be encouraged to take risks in a flat, collaborative environment where experimentation is part of the culture. It’s a chance to push your design and technical skills as part of a forward-thinking studio.

What experience you’ll need
  • Experience in a creative or in-house studio, ideally with multi-channel campaign knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout and digital design principles.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from brief to final delivery.
  • Solid technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  • Experience with ad building tools (e.g. Flash Talking, Celtra) would be a big plus.
  • A portfolio that shows excellent design skills and a contemporary creative aesthetic.
  • Motion and video experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is desirable.
  • Bonus points if you’re comfortable crafting short copy, from CTAs to audio scripts.
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Naturally curious, with an appetite for new formats and tools.
What you’ll get in return

You’ll be joining a B Corp-certified business where people come first. The company’s values run through everything – from leadership to day-to-day culture – and that’s a big reason why people join and stay. Retention is strong, progression is encouraged, and the environment is designed to help you do your best work without micromanagement.

The team is inclusive, collaborative and ambitious. You’ll be trusted to try new things, encouraged to take risks and learn by doing. The business has a genuinely entrepreneurial spirit, always evolving, and this role offers a chance to influence that evolution creatively and culturally.

Benefits include hybrid working (3 days a week from a West London office), inclusive socials, enhanced parental leave, a generous bonus scheme, private medical insurance and mental health support, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, access to training for the latest tools, and a role where your curiosity and ideas will be valued every day.
