About the role

West Hill Primary Academy is looking for a hardworking, flexible member of staff to join their team as a Midday Supervisor.

The post is 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11.30 am–1.30 pm each day.

You will be paid a full‑time equivalent salary of £24,513, pro‑rata to £5,627.02 based on 10 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to supervise, support and guide the children during the lunchtime period. This will involve time both on the playground and in the canteen.

Key Qualifications

Prior experience is preferable but not essential; full training and induction will be provided. The ability to communicate effectively with children and to ensure their well‑being and safety is essential.
