An educational organization in Dartford is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join their team. The role requires overseeing children's lunchtime activities, ensuring their safety and well-being in both the playground and canteen. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, with prior experience preferred but not mandatory as full training will be provided. West Hill Primary Academy is looking for a hardworking, flexible member of staff to join their team as a Midday Supervisor.
The post is 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11.30 am–1.30 pm each day.
You will be paid a full‑time equivalent salary of £24,513, pro‑rata to £5,627.02 based on 10 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
The successful candidate will be expected to supervise, support and guide the children during the lunchtime period. This will involve time both on the playground and in the canteen.
Prior experience is preferable but not essential; full training and induction will be provided. The ability to communicate effectively with children and to ensure their well‑being and safety is essential.
