As a Food Junior Creative, you'll help generate standout ideas across TV, OOH, Press, and Social, shaping work that is both strategically sharp and tonally true to the M&S Food brand.
We're looking for someone curious, conceptual, and collaborative‑someone who can solve problems creatively, write with clarity and personality, and bring artistic ideas to life. Ideally, you'll bring around three years' experience in a creative advertising agency and a genuine passion for great food storytelling.

Creative - M&S Food
This is more than just an in‑house agency; since 2019, it has been central to a Marketing‑led turnaround at M&S Food. The team has developed and delivered every advert for the brand in the past five years. This effort recently led to M&S Food receiving Campaign's In‑House Agency of the Year award.
You’ll be responsible for generating ideas across multiple channels (TV, Out of Home, Press & Social) that strategically and tonally represent the M&S Food brand.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, writing ability, experience inventing and leading artistic concepts, and have at least 3 years in a creative advertising agency.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
