Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer - Chelmsford - 65K

We're looking for a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to design and deliver smart, user-focused solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. Working with tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Graph, you'll help streamline business processes, improve collaboration, and unlock data-driven insights.

In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, design applications, and implement secure, scalable solutions. You'll also play a key role in maintaining and optimising existing systems, ensuring they continue to meet the needs of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Build and improve work flows that automate manual processes and enhance productivity.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 services with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to end users.
Skills & Experience
  • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Experience developing and supporting Microsoft 365 applications in a business environment.
  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, data modelling, and database design.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint administration, site architecture, lists/libraries, and permissions.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform Developer Associate, Azure Developer Associate) are desirable.
