Job summary

A leading NHS healthcare provider is seeking a professional to support the Mental Health Treatment Requirement (MHTR) service in London. The role involves liaising with secondary care services, managing referrals, and ensuring treatment pathways for women with mental health needs. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in mental health, and must possess strong communication and team-working skills. Qualifications

  • Experience working with service users with complex needs and challenging behavior.
  • Experience in a Community Mental Health Team or similar.
  • Experience in working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience holding a caseload.
  • Interest in women's health issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients under secondary care.
  • Evaluate treatment options for women presenting at court.
  • Provide specialist consultation to other professionals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage client risks.
  • Collect and submit data for evaluating the service effectiveness.
