Qualifications

• Must have an ITSSAR Category 1 Accredited instructor/examiner Licence.
• Demonstrable high level of attention to detail.
• Must be a flexible team player capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Health & Safety culture effectively.
• Train MHE staff to use the FMS system.
• Complete site inductions for all staff.
• Support Risk Assessment and Safe Systems of Work completion.
• Ensure ongoing competence of MHE operators through refresher training.
