A leading transportation company based in Derby is seeking a new professional to support the Impact 30 programme. This role involves integrating lean development practices and managing performance monitoring for engineering processes. IMPACT30 is a multi-disciplinary transformation programme aimed at reducing development lead times and non-recurring costs, improving quality through lean development practices and driving modular, configure-to-order product strategies.
This role will support the deployment of Impact 30 workstreams at site level, ensure integration of new methods and digital tools into engineering processes and manage development performance.
