ARNE is a direct to consumer, athleisure apparel brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.

We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media and CRM activity to further amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.

Reporting to our Senior Merchandiser, you'll be supporting the Product team in maximising sales through effective management of stock. What you'll be responsible for as a Merchandising Admin Assistant
  • Creating and amending all purchase orders
  • Adding POs to Critical Path document and ensuring prices, cost prices and retail prices are correct.
  • Liaising with suppliers on a weekly basis to ensure deliveries are on time and effectively communicate changes to the wider product team and business
  • Assist in Monday trade sales analysis through report running and document creation.
  • Update weekly trackers
  • Size ratio analysis to ensure new orders and restock sizing is maximised.
  • Send out barcodes to suppliers
  • Support the Merchandiser with excel reporting and preparation, analysis, data entry and general administrative duties.
  • Updating line cards to assist the Merchandiser in managing ‘Core' products stock and sales forecasts
  • Sending delivery dates of launch products to the wider business
  • Awareness of our customer, and fast and slow sellers
  • Undertaking competitor analysis
Requirements / About You
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and a numbers thinker
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage your own time
  • Previous experience within a Merchandising function would be advantageous but not essential
