Job description
Merchandiser | Fashion & Accessories | Ecom & Retail | Greater Manchester | £38,000 - £40,000 | Hybrid Working

This is an incredible opportunity for a Junior Merchandiser or existing Merchandiser to join a close-knit, collaborative team where ideas are encouraged, pace is fast, and no two days look the same. If you love premium fashion, thrive in a commercial environment, and want to play a key role in a brand's growth journey, then this could be your perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Monitoring daily/weekly sales to spot best and worst performers, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Keeping the WSSI sharp and up to date, managing forecasts, intake, and trading performance to guide commercial decisions.
  • Managing stock levels and intake flow to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
  • Owning and maintaining range plans, ensuring balance across category mix, price architecture, and customer demand.
  • Working closely with Buying and Design to plan ranges, track deliveries, and react quickly to trading.
  • Running and actioning markdowns, analysing their impact, and recommending repeats, cancellations, and in-season adjustments.
  • Producing and analysing trade reports, sell-through, freight, intake, and delivery schedules to drive insight-led decisions.
  • Partnering with suppliers, retail partners, and wholesale customers to manage orders, delivery updates, and expectations.
  • Visiting stores (and reviewing online behaviours) to gather real customer insight and bring it back into trading decisions.
  • Supporting cross-functional working relationships across Buying, Logistics, Allocation, and beyond.
  • Coaching or supporting junior team members where needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, paired with strong commercial awareness.
  • A love of product, data, and premium fashion.
  • Confidence working at pace and juggling multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and brand partners.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a desire to grow with a brand that's going places.
