Job Description

Radius is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Critical Environments to join a busy team in one of the world’s largest Data Centres in London.

Base Salary + Bonus + 10% pension + £10K car/Travel Allowance + PMI

Must have experience with critical environments.

Key responsibilities of our (Construction / Development) Senior Project Manager Lead - Critical Environments

  1. Assist with the development of a Master Programme for BAU project work.
  2. Assist with organising and/or carrying out due diligence surveys.
  3. Comply with all policies and procedures related to project delivery, including administration of Access Requests, RAMS approvals, and permits to work.
  4. Recognise the need for additional resources (internal/external) for project implementation and assist with their organisation and procurement.
  5. Develop and monitor detailed project programmes for each BAU project.
  6. Work with cost managers to monitor project budgets, seek funding approval, and oversee expenditure.
  7. Engage with design teams to develop, review, and challenge design proposals at key stages.
  8. Assist in procuring design teams, plant & equipment, and contractors; check tender documentation and assist with evaluations.
  9. Implement change control processes for scope, time, and cost changes, seeking approval prior to implementation.
  10. Develop Testing & Commissioning plans, organise activities, record defects, and ensure resolution.
  11. Raise Purchase Request Forms (PRFs), monitor approvals, and liaise with Procurement and Accounting teams.
  12. Utilise the project document management system effectively.
