Radius is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Critical Environments to join a busy team in one of the world’s largest Data Centres in London.
Base Salary + Bonus + 10% pension + £10K car/Travel Allowance + PMI
Must have experience with critical environments.
Key responsibilities of our (Construction / Development) Senior Project Manager Lead - Critical Environments
- Assist with the development of a Master Programme for BAU project work.
- Assist with organising and/or carrying out due diligence surveys.
- Comply with all policies and procedures related to project delivery, including administration of Access Requests, RAMS approvals, and permits to work.
- Recognise the need for additional resources (internal/external) for project implementation and assist with their organisation and procurement.
- Develop and monitor detailed project programmes for each BAU project.
- Work with cost managers to monitor project budgets, seek funding approval, and oversee expenditure.
- Engage with design teams to develop, review, and challenge design proposals at key stages.
- Assist in procuring design teams, plant & equipment, and contractors; check tender documentation and assist with evaluations.
- Implement change control processes for scope, time, and cost changes, seeking approval prior to implementation.
- Develop Testing & Commissioning plans, organise activities, record defects, and ensure resolution.
- Raise Purchase Request Forms (PRFs), monitor approvals, and liaise with Procurement and Accounting teams.
- Utilise the project document management system effectively.
