Job summary

A leading construction firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced MEP Lead for a major residential tower project valued over £100m. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of Tier 1 Main Contractor experience, excellent client management skills, and a strong background in residential tower projects. You will work closely with the design team, manage MEP works, and oversee quality control. This is an urgent hire, and interviews are available soon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years Tier 1 Main Contractor / Developer experience.
• Experience as MEP Lead on major projects valued at £50m.
• Residential Tower project experience.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Design Team to finalize solutions and drawings.
• Drafting and managing programme for all Mechanical and Electrical works.
• Weekly reporting to Project Director / Construction Director.
