A mental health support organization in Aberdeen is seeking a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities include collaborating with families and professionals, assisting during distress, and promoting meaningful participation in decisions. Salary: £24,618 - £25,944 per annum (£12.62 - £13.30 p/h equivalent)
