A supportive mental health service provider in Hasland is looking for an individual to support a person with psychosis, promoting their independence and community access. Responsibilities include providing emotional support, accompanying them on local walks, and gradually increasing their exposure to community settings. The role starts at one hour per week, with the potential for increased hours as confidence builds. Ideal candidates should have experience in mental health support and be capable of creating a calm, reassuring environment.
The role is to support an individual with their mental health (Psychosis), promoting independence and assisting them with accessing the community.
Support is required on either Tuesday, Thursday or Friday at 9 am. The role will begin with one hour per week; additional hours may be added as confidence and rapport increase.
